Shellform2025An inflatable sculpture exploring transformation and the emotional space between fear and curiosity. Inspired by natural deformations that feel strange yet beautiful, the hybrid oyster form is reimagined as an expressive, responsive body through fluctuations in airflow.

3 ft × 3 ft inflatable constructed from dyed ripstop nylon scraps.

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Jean Oh’s robotics lab, prompting new interfaces and vessels that invite curiosity and approachability toward robots.

Activated by a fan with a controller.
