Untied Currents2024 A double-weave textile cube net incorporating circuit completion through edge connections. The work explores textiles and electronics as shared building blocks for constructing and deconstructing form, where structure and function emerge through assembly.

The piece was produced using a robotic loom built and programmed as part of Re-Crafting Computational Thinking with Soft Technologies, an arts-based course introducing concepts in robotics, mechatronics, and computer science through weaving.

Two 1x3 arrays of double-weave squares programmed and woven on the robotic loom, then hand-sewn together with cardboard insertions.

Circuit hand-sewn using conductive thread, LEDs, and wire hooks.
